Financial Life Media AG joins Quartal Group and forms the largest European online investor relations services company
Financial Life Media AG (Flife), the German company specialising in solutions for online investor relations and other market data derived services, has joined Quartal Group. After the transaction Quartal's investor relations division serves over 300 listed companies in 13 different countries and has a clear market leadership in several European countries.
Quartal and Flife provide a wide variety of applications and services for listed companies' Internet-based investor relations. These applications vary from share price tracking and visualisation tools to consolidated company financial news services, calculators and reporting solutions. The companies' award-winning offering enables clients to provide first-rate online investor information for professionals, individual investors as well as internal company functions.
In addition to an increased share of the market, joining forces enables the companies to better answer the increasing demand for versatile and efficient investor relations solutions and offer a broader palette of services. Also, the companies' future product development will benefit from inherent synergies between the two companies.
